Mr. Michael FRANK
Mr. Michael FRANK is a Senior Analyst with EIU Public Policy based in Hong Kong, working with Asia-based clients in support of their public policy-related strategic initiatives. Mr. Michael FRANK designs and manages both internal and public research programmes for clients in need of policy advocacy, thought leadership, strategy and analysis, including the Yidan Prize Foundation Worldwide Educating for the Future Index (WEFFI). His recent research has focused on technology and public policy, including themes such as the policy foundations and economic impact of emergent technologies; international best practices and influence in technology policymaking; and the intersection of technology policy, trade and geopolitics.
Mr. Michael FRANK also serves as Vice Chair of the Financial Services Committee at The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. He holds a Master’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Chicago Policy Review, and a BA in international relations and economics from Colgate University.
